Karen Eaves is the founder of MamaSing. She has worked extensively in music project management, including setting up and running the British Academy of New Music in London. On behalf of Lloyds TSB as part of their Note For Note project Karen designed and managed delivery of hundreds of music workshops across the country.
Karen has received an award sponsored by the Arts Council England, and presented by Sir George Martin at BAFTA for a community project across East London. Her work as a freelance musician includes sessions for Granada TV, Natural History Museum, BMW, Nissan, and she has also worked with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra.
Karen is a violinist with a love of singing, and since starting a family she has founded both the Music For Baby record label, Music For Baby Classes and MamaSing, with her husband Mike.
